We have a very nice room view facing mall, Ferry Wheels, part of icity theme park and in future you can view Hilton Hotel from your bed. Connected with the mall by the bridge walkway making you enjoy to explore the i-Central Mall. Enjoy movie with the high technology cinema screen at i-Central TGV and with very comfortable seat but if you feel don’t want to go out, no worries, just watch various movies on Netflix provided in the room. We are the best iCity homestay in shah Alam.

House Rules

1.No Smoking, No Drug, No Alcohol, No Pets, No non-halal food and No Party
2.No non-married couple (applied to Muslim only)
3.Switch Off electrical appliances when not use or before you leave.
4.Do dispose of all rubbish properly in bins provided in the unit.
Large rubbish bins are located at KELUAR/BOMBA LIFT area
5.Observation of quiet hours between 10pm – 7am for minimal disruption to neighbours.
6.Loss of Lift Access card, Carpark Access card, or key to be charge at RM50 each.
7.Take care of your kids not to scribble the wall, floor, sofa or TV
8.Any damage or broken will be deduct from security deposit.
9.No removal of furniture or any items from unit.

Payment Terms & Cancellation

● There is a security deposit of RM100 needed before check in. This RM100 will be fully refund to you within 48 hours after check out if there is no loss or damage of the suite and its properties

● Cancel up to 5 days before check-in and get a full refund. Otherwise the 50% from the full amount will be forfeit.
